New owners, working hard and making great upgrades to place. Really nice guys that own it. If you have any problems really approachable and will go out of there way to help. Check it out , its clean security on sight. I love the place.

Nice facility with friendly staff . I did 5 loads and didn't have to wait for a open washer or dryer. Plus if coffee is your thing , there is a Starbucks across the parking lot about a 100 feet away.

It's clean, roomy. A large selection of machines in various sizes capacity. Has plenty of sitting areas, including bench tables. Usually there's someone there to assist. Pretty much everything you need, carts, folding tables.

I’ve been going to this laundromat since it first opened 9-10years ago, same owners same prices. My kids love it here, I feel safe doing laundry here. Of course you get your occasional bum but it’s downtown Modesto what do you expect? Shame on those that left bad reviews, you obviously haven’t been to the other laundromats in town. Sudz have speed queen washers and dryers, not those cheap generic dexters. Speed queen dryers are the best, 1.00 and there all done!! These guys have become great friends of mine, There like family!!! I will support them all they way!!!! If you like paying extra money to wash your clothes in old generic machines go ahead and waste your money!!!!!

Great environment and they always do their best to make sure the place is up to date and clean. They provide free wifi and actual ring cameras around the building which makes me feel more comfortable. I enjoy the music you guys play always makes my time go by fast.

The new attendants are amazing, Lalo and Martha are the best! They always help me and keeps the place really clean! I love going to this Laundry mat and I will continue to go! Come on by and see for yourself 😃 …

I recently gave this place a bad review because I thought they were trying to gouge customers. It was a misunderstanding, so I fully apologize. The stress of rising prices gets to all of us sometimes, and we tend to take it out on others who don't deserve it. And I'm in the middle of planning my wedding, so the stress is doubled. Please forgive my rudeness, and accept my sincerest apologies. I am embarrassed and humbled. So, here's the review I think they *actually* deserve... I've been coming to Laundry Express for over two years now, and I've never had any problems. Everyone who works there are kind, polite, and helpful. The appliances are clean, as is the store, and rarely are the washers/dryers out of order. When they're out of order, they are promptly fixed. The prices are decent, and the use of the laundry cards, instead of coins, is quite useful. I will always return to Laundry Express, as long as I am in need of laundering, and as long as I am welcome. ❤️

Great place to do laundry! The new attendants at this location are always super friendly and helpful as well as keep the place very clean. They have vending machines inside but it’s also a prime location to get some Starbucks or a snack from Smart and Final while you’re waiting. I’d recommend this place!

Attendant very helpful. Has gone out of his way multiple times for us. Always quick to respond when we text. Main facility is usually clean. There is a cooler in the building along with fans to keep the laundry mat as cool as possible.
